​I have been remiss in updating this page, so here is what we have been doing: In all classes, students have been practicing using online learning tools. In Social Studies, students have just finished a project creating tourism brochures for places they have not been but would like to go. In Science, we are conducting an expirement Thursday to determine the effect that temperature has on evaporation, leading to a study of ocean currents and weather and climate. In Math, we have just about finished with our study and practice of the Pythagorean Theroem and working with squared numbers and square roots-we will be moving on to integer work starting next week. In English we have been working on writing and editing each others' writing-next week we will be creating works about remembrance day and Canadian history. In Music we have been learning about some of the traditional and modern music that has come out of Atlantic Canada.
